Booking conditions
Acceptance of requests
The structure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept requests for accommodation.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is three nights.
Deposit
The deposit required to secure the reservation is 30% of the total stay.
Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 96 hours before arrival, after which the 30% deposit will be retained.
House rules
Registered guests
The Agriturismo's premises must be used exclusively by registered guests. Pursuant to Article 109 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (Consolidated Law on Public Safety), access to the facility is prohibited to anyone other than those expressly registered at the time of booking, except for medical personnel in urgent cases.
Arrival
Check in, the apartments are available from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Departure
Check out, apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. After returning the keys, the staff will inspect the apartments to verify their condition and ensure that no damage has been done to the furnishings and that no items are missing.
Animals
Non-dangerous animals are welcome and are free of charge. Pets are not permitted on beds, armchairs or sofas.
Utilities
Guests are kindly requested not to waste electricity and water. In particular, guests are asked not to leave lights and air conditioning on during their absence, and not to leave doors and windows open when the air conditioning is running.
Cleaning and linen
The apartments are cleaned every 3 days, as is the change of bathroom linen or at the end of each stay, while the bedroom linen is changed once a week or at the end of each stay.
Pool
A bathing pool is available for guests. Use of the pool is permitted from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Liability in outdoor areas
The use of the pool, the orange grove and the external areas of the Agriturismo is under the direct responsibility of the individual guest and the Agriturismo is exempt from any and all liability in this regard.
Minors
Minors unaccompanied by adults will not be accepted at the Agriturismo. In the case of accompanied minors, parents or guardians are responsible for their safety and for their actions within the Agriturismo.
Bathroom linen
The use of bathroom linen from apartments in the orange grove and pool area is not permitted.
Waste collection
We inform our kind guests that in the Municipality of Grottaglie separate waste collection is practiced.
Parking
Unattended parking is located outside the Agriturismo facility but within the farm. The Agriturismo is not responsible for any loss of guests' belongings and/or valuables left unattended, nor for any damage or theft to parked vehicles.
Smoking
Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. This prohibition also applies to common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, but extreme caution is required.
Barbecue
A barbecue is available to guests upon reservation at reception.
